A. Photos or videos of the damaged item to prove damage. If the photo cannot prove damage, please upload the video.
B. The products need to be returned if our dispute team asks for a return.
1. Order Delayed
Orders are lacking tracking information, in transit, pending, expired after 60 days counting from the date that order departed from our warehouse.
Following countries and shipping methods maybe different:
A. For orders shiped to the USA, it is 50 days counting from the date that order departed our warehouse.
B. For countries outside the USA, it is 120 days counting from the date that order departed our warehouse.
C. For some special shipping methods, iMEDresource can not deal with your resource.
Notes: Sometimes the order had arrived at the nearest post office to the customer and make it pending because of insufficient address, package unclaimed, no such number etc. It will be mush more convenient for clients to contact local post office or go to the post office for delivery.
2. Order not recieved
iMEDresource will not deal with the refund or resend if the tracking information shows the order is delivered.
If a customer do not receive the package, a non-delivery certification issued by the local post office seal is necessary.
3. Products Damaged
iMEDresource offer a full refund or replacement if packages arrived are badly damaged.
iMEDresource offer a partial refund or replacement if packages arrived are partially damaged (except thread, slightly wrinkled, small scratches etc.).
For damaged packing boxes , iMEDresource cannot offer any refunds or other after-sale services.
4. incorrect or missing products.
iMEDresource has strict quality control process before products dispatched. We deal with incorrect or missing products as follows:
a. For incorrect Products, iMEDresource offer a full refund or replacement.
b. For products with wrong color, size which doesn’t affect product function, etc. iMEDresource refund or resend if you provide the necessary information.
C. For parts missing which doesn’t affect product function, iMEDresource may refund partially or resend the missing part; for parts missing which affect product function, iMEDresource resend the product only.
d. For accessories, iMEDresource will resend the accessories.
5.Order cancelation
For orders cancellation, iMEDresorce offers a full refund before products been processed by warehouse. But things may be different for special orders.
6. Return
Products can be returned to our warehouses but we do not suggest returning products to our warehouse due to current shipping cost being high and it may take up to 3 months to arrive at the warehouse. Most of them will be lost during the return. Also, most of the returned products will be damaged on the way.
If you indeed want to return products, please return within 3 days after received products.
7. Unacceptable disputes
iMEDresource shall not accept any unreasonable disputes, including but not limited to:
a. The buyer does not like it.
b. The product description is not real.
c. Product smell unusual.
d. The buyer ordered the wrong items or SKU.
e. The shipping address provided incorrectly.
f. Product difference negotiated in advance.
g. Tracking information delayed by logistics companies or local post offices.
